Riann is a first-generation Chinese-Vietnamese Canadian that was born and raised in Victoria. She graduated from Camosun College with a diploma in Dental Hygiene. As a Dental Hygienist, her main goal is to provide comfort in the dental environment and fulfill the needs of her patients through education and encouraging patient autonomy. Riann is also fluent in Cantonese and is passionate about breaking cultural barriers to provide care for all. Other than Dental Hygiene, she has a huge passion and love for food and cooking. She also loves doing activities like Pilates, hiking, swimming, and traveling.
