Dr. Michaela is excited to be returning to her hometown of Victoria, BC, where she is proud to provide compassionate, high-quality dental care to families in the community she grew up in.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry with Honours from the University of Victoria before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of British Columbia. While at UBC, she pursued an oral surgery elective and was recognized with several academic and clinical distinctions, including the Dean's Honour Roll, the MC Bagnall Scholarship, and the Scotiabank Award for Excellence in Patient Care and Clinical Development.

With a strong focus on family dentistry, Dr. Michaela's philosophy centres on providing patient-centred, holistic care delivered with compassion and precision.

She has completed additional training in nitrous oxide sedation and the use of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) to support healing and enhance surgical outcomes. Dr.

Michaela thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment and is dedicated to creating a positive, welcoming experience for every patient.

She also has a deep passion for outreach and community service. During her training, she participated in dental outreach initiatives and joined an oral surgery outreach trip to Jamaica. She has worked in practices in both Campbell River and Victoria, gaining valuable experience serving diverse patient communities across the island.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Michaela enjoys running, playing golf, reading a good book, and relaxing over a game of cards with friends and family.
